If you are in the thick of your divorce, you have probably gotten used to feelings of fear and uncertainty.
And if you’re at the beginning stages, well, brace yourself, because divorce can be destabilizing.
Your assets will be split up.
You may have to move.
You’ll experience changes in your relationships — and not always in positive ways.
My intention is not to scare you, but to prepare you. I want you to:
- Know that the feelings you’re experiencing (or will experience) are normal, valid, and completely reasonable given the big changes happening in your life.
- Have tools available to help you feel centered and stable no matter what’s happening externally.
